An internet connection is needed to activate the software. After that it can work offline for a licensed number of days, which we can tailor to your requirements. If fully offline activation is required for security purposes, please contact us and we will be happy to support.

Upon making a successful purchase, you will receive a download link with your licence confirmation. Simply run the downloaded installer and follow the on-screen instructions. Administrative privileges may be required depending on your organisation’s policies.

Genuine licences can only be purchased directly from Dynamico Systems. Licences obtained from any other source are not in compliance with our terms of use and are illegal. Software piracy can be reported confidentially via the Contact Us page.

No. We operate a subscription-based licensing model which grants the right to use our software for the agreed duration. After expiration the licence needs renewing, or a new licence purchased. The features you may use depend on the specific licence purchased. See the End User Licence Agreement for full details.

A licence cannot be transferred to any other person or company without prior written agreement from Dynamico Systems. To transfer a licence from one computer to another, please contact us.

Yes. Floating licences use cloud seats that are checked out when the software starts and checked back in when it closes, and a seat left behind by an unexpected exit is recovered automatically, and a second-instance guard means one seat runs one copy.

Yes. Corporate silent activation reads a licence-key file and returns its own exit codes for deployment scripts. Contact us for the details your IT team needs.

All purchases renew automatically on a yearly basis at the end of the minimum purchased duration. Early renewal to extend the expiry date can be arranged by contacting us.

None, and that’s by design. Dynamico software does not perform structural analysis; it automates the structural design of completed project analyses, from any analysis package.

You never need to perform a ‘save’. Your input files are already on your system, and output files are saved automatically to a results directory named date_time_module_Results next to your forces data file.

File recovery is a thing of the past. If the software crashes, simply delete the directory for the last run, reload your input files, and your design will be completed again in minutes.

A log file is generated automatically in the results output directory. Any errors during the design run are listed there. The User Manual also includes a ‘Common Errors’ page in its Troubleshooting section.

Thorough guidance is provided in the User Manual (Help menu), including a worked example we highly recommend for first-time users. Input files can be created manually, or automatically with our Bolt-Ons. If you’re still having difficulties, contact us.

Select ‘License Info’ from the ‘License’ menu within the software. Before installing an update, uninstall the existing version using the Dynamico Maintenance Tool in the installation directory (administrative rights may be required).

Yes. The User Manual is accessed from the ‘Help’ menu within the software, alongside the Verification Manual which verifies design modules against worked examples from the literature.
